Sales & Partner Management Executive
Location: GMBB, Kuala Lumpur.
Position: Initial contract period of 6 months.
Fees: Earn from RM2,400 up to RM4,000 per month, inclusive of fees, allowances, and sales incentives.

Role
You will be equally at home welcoming customers into our new boutique, guiding them through a world of scent, managing and fulfilling retail partner requests, overseeing online orders, and providing thoughtful support and care.
This is a pioneer role, with a path toward leading Retail Sales, Retail Partner Management, Online Fulfilment, and Customer Care teams.
Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional sales and customer experience in our Kuala Lumpur boutique.

Oversee daily boutique operations, including stock management, cashiering, and overall upkeep.

Manage and develop relationships with retail partners, including communication and fulfilment.

Oversee online sales fulfilment.

Provide customer care, communication, and support with clarity and warmth.

Assist in building and nurturing the expanding team that will support these functions.
You will report directly to the Founder and Co-Founder.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who:

Has a strong command of English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is a plus.

Has retail experience in the luxury, beauty, or fragrance industry (a plus, though not essential).
Production & Inventory Management Executive
Location: GMBB, Kuala Lumpur.
Position: Initial contract period of 6 months.
Fees: RM2,400 - RM2,600 per month, inclusive of allowances, plus a global shared sales incentive of up to RM1,000.
With an exceptional mindset, values, personality, and cultural fit, and with consistent performance, you can transition into a full-time position with increased benefits after the contract period.
Role
You will lead the production, preparation, packing, and inventory management of our perfume products and fragrance raw materials. You will ensure that every product meets our highest standards of quality and presentation - whether destined for our Kuala Lumpur boutique, our retail partners, special events, or online customers.
As a pioneer role, this position offers a growth path into leading operations, production, quality control, and inventory management teams.
